Flat Roof Installation allows your flat or maisonette to be securely insulated from the inside

Instead of spending money on heating that leaves your property, Flat Roof Installation keeps the warmth
contained for your benefit.

Flat roof properties or extensions are of poor condition, many owners do not realise that the insulation aspect of the roof can be done for zero-cost due to grants available. Our engineers can supply, install and skim to a finish for just that – nothing!

A flat roof is defined as any roof that has a pitch of less than 10 degrees. In practice a flat roof is essentially horizontal.
Also flat roofs don’t tend to have the loft space that you normally associate with pitched roofs, so on the whole they won’t have the loft hatch in the ceiling.

Flat Roof Installation, Our engineers install insulating materials between your ceiling and the roof membrane to prevent heat from escaping or coming into your property.

Flat Roof Insulation is the process of attaching insulated plasterboards onto the ceiling and adding a plaster skim finish to cover it.

It's simple to qualify, your property can be a flat or
maisonette, the roof incline must be less than 10%, you need to receive an ECO3 benefit, the property should be in England, Scotland or Wales and be heated by electricity, electric boiler, electric storage heaters (ESH) or floor standing electric heaters.

Are you eligible for the government ECO scheme?

Underfloor Heating is not for every household, many of the newer builds have a concrete base and therefore cannot be improved without expensive and very messy removal of existing materials, if you have a basement, cellar or suspended floor beneath your property then its almost certain you will qualify.
